  • Pattern Variety: Choose from several evidence-based breathing patterns like Balanced Breathing (4-4-4), Relaxing Breath (4-7-8), or Box Breathing (4-4-4-4) to suit your needs – whether it's for focus, relaxation, or stress management.
  • Customization: Prefer your own rhythm? Select the "Custom" pattern and set your desired durations for inhale, hold (after inhale), exhale, and hold (after exhale).
  • Real-time Feedback: The instruction text updates dynamically, showing the current phase ("Inhale...", "Hold...", "Exhale...") along with a countdown timer for the remaining seconds in that phase.
